I don't think so... a lot before Shaan & Sagarika, there was a brother-sister duo that made a lot of waves. I am referring to the Pakistani singers Nazia & Zoheb Hassan. Before Nazia's untimely & tragic death, she and her brother had released a couple of indi-pop albums, with music by Biddu. Does anybody recall the names of these albums? One of course was 'Disco Deewane'...
